Crab Cakes with MISO MAYO
Ingredients
- 1 lb. canned crab meat
- 1 Cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbs mayonnaise
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1 Tbs Worcester sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley
- Hot Sauce to taste
- Oil
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients - add crabmeat and bread crumbs last.
- Make into patties: small for appetizers or larger for meal or sandwiches.
- Chill for a bit and sauté in hot oil.
- Serve with Spicy Red Pepper MISO MAYO and/or Garlic 'n' Dill MISO MAYO.
- Or make a sandwich with a hamburger bun, lettuce, onion and tomato and MISO MAYO, any flavor
