Veggie Salad with MISO MAYO
Ingredients
- 1 cup of raw, organic baby spinach, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup raw, organic celery - coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 medium organic carrot cut into rounds
- 1/3 cup organic, raw purple cabbage, cut into 1 inch slices
- small amount of oil or butter for sauteeing onions
- 1/8 cup organic, raw apple, coarsely chopped
- Miso Mayo to taste
Directions
- Place first 6 ingredients into a bowl.
- Stir in Miso Mayo.
- Enjoy.
