Veggie Salad with MISO MAYO

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raw, organic baby spinach, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup raw, organic celery - coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 medium organic carrot cut into rounds
  • 1/3 cup organic, raw purple cabbage, cut into 1 inch slices
  • small amount of oil or butter for sauteeing onions
  • 1/8 cup organic, raw apple, coarsely chopped
  • Miso Mayo to taste

Directions

  1. Place first 6 ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Stir in Miso Mayo.
  3. Enjoy.
