NO-GUILT NOT-CHEESE GRILLED SANDWICH with MISO MAYO
Ingredients
- Rice or Soy Cheese (like Veggie Slices)
- Onion
- Sliced Tomato
- Organic Earth Balance Butter Substitute
- No-milk no-dairy bread
Directions
- Saute onions in pan.
- Remove onions and wipe pan clean.
- "Butter" bread and grill in pan, topped with sliced not-cheese, to melt.
- Spread with MISO MAYO (any flavor!).
